We have an opening for Drilling Chemical Fluids Team Leader – Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose:
Manages all operations related to Drilling Fluids operations of the Company. Ensure full implementation of COMPANY goals and objectives. Set Fluids team objectives through Performance Contracts and their implementation. Ensure quality monitoring of mud systems, stock inventory and consumption. Approve mud programs, monitor mud reports, phase reports and recaps. Review and ensure performance of Drilling Fluids, Solids Control, Drilling Waste Management Services Companies through KPIs. Ensure their committed, goals and objectives are fulfilled.
Minimum Requirements [Knowledge Skills & Experience]:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Petroleum Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 10 - 12 years of experience covering all aspects of Drilling Fluids engineering, including minimum 5 years in a supervisory position. The position must be able to lead his team proactively. Be a team player and team leader. Be able to achieve COMPANY objectives through good coordination between all parties involved.
• Proficient in English
• Location: Abu Dhabi
