Job Description: |
MBBS or equivalent
Basic cardiac life support
Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practice.
Can demonstrate competency of working within Oncology
Clinical decision making, through evidence based medicine
Ability to uphold guidelines from N.I.C.E. and other national policies where appropriate
Prioritisation of work - to be able to work with other members of staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Oncology Unit
Communication skills - proven excellent communication with patients, consultants, nursing staff
Capacity for management
Ability to educate other grades and profession working towards a seamless service in care
Ability to actively uphold all policies and procedures
